Construction of the shell for Phase 1 is nearly complete and interior finish out is now being done by our primary tenant, Mill Street Market. Extensive road improvements are also nearly complete. The remaining space in Phase 1 is now available and we are preleasing Phase 2. Construction of Phase 2 is planned for 2020.
